  • Can I just stop by your shop?

  • What types of custom woodworking projects do you offer?

    We specialize in a wide range of handcrafted items including dining tables, shadow boxes, custom plaques, 3D carved badges, challenge coin holders, screen and entry doors, memorial boxes, and historic window restorations.


  • How do I place an order for a custom piece?

    Email us directly at wagwoodworksandmore@gmail.com with your idea. Include basic details like dimensions, wood preferences, and the type of piece you're looking for. We’ll follow up with a consultation, design approval, and quote.

  • What materials do you typically use?

    We primarily work with hardwoods such as sapele, walnut, cherry, white oak, and maple, as well as reclaimed woods for select projects. Each material is chosen based on durability, style, and suitability for the project.

  • How long does a custom project take to complete?

    Most projects are completed within 2–6 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the build. Historic restorations or highly detailed custom work may take longer.

  • Do you restore or repair furniture?

    Yes. We repair and replicate damaged furniture parts using traditional techniques and modern tools, including a 100W laser and CNC for precision-cut joinery and engraving. We also strip and refinish older pieces to restore them to their former beauty.

  • Can you recreate broken or missing parts for antiques?

    Absolutely. Using our CNC and laser equipment, we can replicate parts with exact detail—from carved trim to broken drawer fronts or missing corbels—preserving both structure and aesthetic.

  • Do you build or restore historic windows?

    Yes. We specialize in restoring and rebuilding historic sash and curved windows, including those damaged by fire or rot. All work is done with attention to historical accuracy and modern performance.

  • What are your payment terms?

    We typically require a 50% deposit to begin your project, with the remaining balance due at completion or delivery.

  • Do you offer delivery or shipping?

    Yes. We offer local delivery and pick-up in the Greenville, NC area. Shipping is also available for most items across the U.S. We take great care in packaging to ensure your custom piece arrives safely. Shipping costs vary depending on size, weight, and destination, and will be included in your project quote.
